MasterCLASS policy.
Plain and simple, so you know exactly where you stand.
Pricing
$1,745 per person, or $1,495 when paid by the early-bird deadline for your start date. Deadlines are not extended.
If you need to cancel
7 or more days before your first session: full refund. After that and through week 2: move your seat to a later MasterCLASS within 12 months, or send a colleague. After week 2: no refund or transfer.
Swapping people
Companies can send a different person in a seat at no charge any time before week 3. Just email us the new name.
If a class doesn't run
Each class needs at least 4 paid seats. We confirm 5 business days before the start. If a class doesn't fill, you choose: move to the next start at the price you paid, or a full refund.
If we change a session
If we have to move a live session, we reschedule it and tell you as early as we can. If we cancel a MasterCLASS after it starts, we refund the sessions you did not receive.
Missed sessions and results
Missed sessions are not refunded; ask your coach about catching up. What you get out of the MasterCLASS depends on the work you put in; we don't promise specific business results.
Refund or transfer requests: email pareshpatel@actioncoach.com with your name and class. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How much time does it take each week?
Plan on about 90 minutes of live class plus 2 to 3 hours of homework each week for 12 weeks, putting 1 to 2 takeaways to work in your business every week.
