Ignite the abundance revolution · South Carolina 2027–2037
South Carolina builds things. We build who builds them.
A 10-year goal to help South Carolina add 10% to its economy by growing the companies, leaders and skills that make a region impossible to ignore — and to put our state on the global map for manufacturing and business.
- Kickoff January 2027
- All 46 counties
- Businesses at every level
The Vision
Turn South Carolina into America’s proving ground for business abundance — one coached company, one developed leader, and one thriving region at a time, until the whole state carries the proof.
01 — The moment
South Carolina is compounding. It doesn’t yet have enough coaches to match it.
In 2025, South Carolina’s real GDP reached $286.8 billion — the highest in its history — and grew 3.1%, the fastest real growth rate of any state in the country. Manufacturing, aerospace, automotive and advanced materials keep relocating here faster than almost anywhere else, drawn by exactly the disciplines Paresh spent a career installing on the inside: Lean, Six Sigma, the Toyota Production System, functional safety, smart-factory maturity.
Growth like that doesn’t automatically become legacy. It becomes legacy when enough owners learn to work on their business instead of just in it — to build a company that runs without them, scales past $3M, and is built to be sold, not just built to survive. That is the gap. Closing it, region by region, is the plan.
Sources: U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, 2025 annual state GDP (real, chained 2017 dollars); growth ranking per the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (Apr. 2026). The 10% lift is ActionCOACH South Carolina’s goal for the state, with execution kicking off January 2027 — an aspiration we hold ourselves to, not a projection or promise of any business’s results. We will share the impact we create each year.
02 — Why now
South Carolina is winning. Now let’s make it last.
Record output and the fastest growth in the country have put South Carolina in the conversation. Staying there takes more than incentives.
Big employers choose a region for its bench: suppliers that can scale with them, leaders who can run what they build, and skilled people ready to step up. Every South Carolina company we help grow stronger is one more reason the next major plant, headquarters or supply chain chooses us.
That is where we come in: helping owners build companies that grow, develop their people and stay in South Carolina hands — the bench that makes the next big yes possible.
03 — Aligned with South Carolina’s priorities
Your priorities. Our playbook.
South Carolina’s economic development leaders have been clear about what the state needs: grow the industries already here, build the workforce, back the founders and win the next wave of global investment. Here is where we fit — and what we bring.
Target industries
The focus: advanced manufacturing, automotive and EVs, aerospace, advanced materials, life sciences, logistics and agribusiness.
What we bring: coaching for the owner-led companies and suppliers that serve these sectors, led by someone who has run operations inside them.
Existing industry
The focus: keeping and growing the companies already here — more than 65 existing South Carolina manufacturers announced expansions in 2022 and 2023.
What we bring: owners ready to expand, with the systems, leaders and numbers in place before the next shift, line or building.
Workforce
The focus: technical colleges, apprenticeships and German-style dual education building the talent pipeline.
What we bring: the supervisors and managers who lead that talent — 12-week leadership and management MasterCLASSes and team training.
Manufacturing performance
The focus: manufacturing extension services helping plants improve quality, productivity and technology.
What we bring: the owner and leadership side of the same work — Lean, Six Sigma and the Toyota Production System applied to the whole business.
Innovation & startups
The focus: SCRA and its partners coach and fund technology startups across the state.
What we bring: help for founders scaling from first prototype to first plant — growth, team and cash discipline.
Global investment
The focus: 270 German companies employ more than 44,000 South Carolinians, and in 2025 South Carolina became the first state to sign a joint declaration with Germany.
What we bring: local suppliers and service firms ready to meet European quality and delivery standards — and win that business.

04 — What changes
What ten years of this does for South Carolina.
More and better jobs
Companies that grow, hire. Companies that run on systems keep their people and promote from within.
Skills that stay here
Leadership, management, sales and operations skills in every program — a deeper bench of managers and supervisors across the state.
Suppliers ready for bigger customers
Local manufacturers and trades that meet the quality, delivery and scale global companies expect — so they buy from South Carolina.
Ownership that stays in South Carolina
Businesses built to be sold or handed down — to the next generation, their teams or in-state buyers — instead of closed.
Nonprofits that go further
As we grow, we put that growth to work for the region’s nonprofits — supporting them and helping their leaders stretch every dollar and multiply their impact.
Abundance at every level
Owners get their time back. Teams get a path to grow. Communities get stronger tax bases, more giving and more local leaders.
05 — The experience behind it
Proven worldwide. Now working for South Carolina.
For more than 25 years, Paresh has built and turned around operations across a heavy manufacturing and technical base — from startups to global plants — including doubling the output of a manufacturing business unit with no new hires and no capital investment. The results we work toward with every owner — more output, more profit, less chaos and a business that runs without them — come from doing exactly that.

One flagship. Every other territory open.
Greenville and Spartanburg counties are the flagship — where Paresh proves the system first, and the one territory he keeps. Every other territory in South Carolina is open: mapped, ready, and waiting for the right owner-operator to claim it as their own business.
