ActionCOACH South Carolina is independently owned and operated by Ficea Consulting Inc. (“we,” “us”), a licensee of ActionCOACH. This policy explains what we collect on actioncoach.sc, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you fill out a form, register for a seminar or MasterCLASS, download an e-book, subscribe to our newsletter, or book a call, we collect your name, business name, email, phone, and anything else you choose to tell us (such as the class you want or, for franchise inquiries, your city and territory of interest).
- Assessments. Our scorecards run on ScoreApp. Your answers and results are shared with us so we can follow up.
- Payments. Payments are handled by our payment processor through HubSpot. We see that you paid and how much; we never see or store your full card number.
- How you use the site. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools (through HubSpot) to see which pages are visited and how people find us. You can control this with our cookie banner and your browser settings.
- From other sources. We may get business contact details, such as your title and company, from public sources and business data providers.
How we use it
- To answer you, book calls, and deliver the programs and events you sign up for.
- To send you our newsletter and information about our programs. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To review franchise inquiries. If you ask about owning an ActionCOACH business, we may share your inquiry with ActionCOACH's franchise development team.
- To run, protect, and improve the site, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example HubSpot, ScoreApp, our payment processor, and our email provider), with ActionCOACH as described above, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Emails: click “unsubscribe” in any email, or email us.
- Your information: email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We will reply within 30 days. If you live in a state that gives you more rights, we will honor them as that law requires.
- Cookies: use the cookie banner, or block cookies in your browser.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is for business owners and professionals. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
Our site links to other sites, such as ScoreApp and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
