South Carolina is compounding. It doesn't yet have enough coaches to match it.
In 2025, South Carolina’s real GDP reached $286.8 billion — the highest in its history — and grew 3.1%, the fastest real growth rate of any state in the country. Manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and advanced materials keep relocating here faster than almost anywhere else, drawn by exactly the disciplines Paresh spent a career installing on the inside: Lean, Six Sigma, the Toyota Production System, functional safety, smart-factory maturity.
Growth like that doesn't automatically become legacy. It becomes legacy when enough owners learn to work on their business instead of just in it — to build a company that runs without them, scales past $3M, and is built to be sold, not just built to survive.
